The <br />following persons were present - <br />Members Present: Frost Yarnell, Chair <br /> Hank Dalton, Vice Chair <br />Ron Sackett, Council <br />Rob Lathrop, LRC <br />Shelley Angell, Chamber <br />Chris Pritchard, Planning Commission <br />Deb Krueger, DBA <br />Michael Menaker, Alternate for LRC <br /> Members Absent: <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br /> Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br /> Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> Sean McCartney <br /> Gavin McMillan <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON AGENDA – NONE <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES – <br />Minutes approved with the addition of Deb Krueger <br />being in attendance. <br />RESULTS OF MARKETING PIECE <br />Mark Zaremba, Downtown Business Association, presented an update of the <br />Direct Mail campaign. A total of 15,000 cards were distributed to the public. <br />Overall the marketing campaign was deemed successful. The percent of return <br />was 8%-9%.
