"PROCLAMATION" <br />9 HEALTH FAIR WEEK <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Lions Club and other volunteers <br />are aiding in the sponsoring of the Channel 9 Health Fair which <br />provides free health screening for persons over the age of 18; and, <br />WHEREAS, said fair will provide a series of free health <br />tests and will be beneficial to the health and welfare of the citizens <br />of the City of Louisville, Colorado; and, <br />WHEREAS, said health fair shall be held at the American <br />Legion Hall in Louisville, on April 9, 1981, from 11:00 a.m. to <br />7:00 p.m.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, LAWRENCE P. CARANCI, MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM THE WEEK OF APRIL 4 <br />THROUGH APRIL 12, AS 9 HEALTH FAIR WEEK IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br />Witness my hand and the seal of our City this 7th <br />day of April, 1981. <br />7 p <br />Mayor <br />
