City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 19, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />John Milanski, Louisville Fire Protection District Board President, and wanted residents <br />to know there will be another District election in May 2023. He invited everyone to visit <br />the fire houses and provided information on the regular board meetings. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked <br />for a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Brown. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Resolution No. 33, Series 2022 — A Resolution <br />Authorizing the Assignment of the City's Private Activity Bond <br />Allocation for 2022 to the Housing Authority of the City of Boulder <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Acting City Manager Megan Davis noted the Q2 2022 Louisville Revitalization <br />Commission Report to City Council and Q2 2022 Economic Vitality Strategic Plan <br />Scorecard which were in the Council packet for review. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />MARSHALL FIRE RECOVERY UPDATES <br />PRIVATE PROPERTY DEBRIS REMOVAL UPDATE <br />REBUILDING UPDATES <br />USE TAX UPDATE <br />NEW RESOURCES <br />ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY PLANS <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item. Councilmember Fahey recused herself from the <br />discussion as she would be affected by any decisions related to fire rebuilding; she left <br />the room. <br />Acting City Manager Davis stated that in addition to the topics listed on the agenda staff <br />had planned to present the After Action Report and the City's Wildfire Mitigation Plans <br />but due to pending litigation those topics will not be discussed. <br />
