<br />WALDO'S CONTINUED <br /> <br />CAMBODIAN REFUGEE <br /> <br />COAL CREEK JUNCTION <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ORDINANCE NO. 668 <br />SECOND READING PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Minutes - page 2 <br />December 18, 1979 <br /> <br />Aftc=r discussion Councilman Kilker moved <br />tha1t Waldo's liquor license be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilaan Meier. Roll call <br />votc=. DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he had talked <br />with Mrs. Mott, who requested that the <br />City sponsor a Cambodian family. This <br />would include free utilities for a <br />month. <br />Council had other questions regarding <br />this request and recommended that Mrs. <br />Mott be in attendance at a meeting to <br />discuss her request. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reviewed the application <br />and stated that it was in order ex- <br />cept for a date on the lease. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Coal Creek <br />Junction liquor license renewal be <br />approved and they be contacted to check <br />on the expiration date of their lease. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carri ed. <br /> <br />TherE= were no audience comments. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that Ordinance <br />No. 668 was published and notice of <br />public hearing was published. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 668 <br />on second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against <br />the ordinance. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that there was <br />an amendment for consideration. He <br />then read the proposed amendment in <br />full. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the amendment to Ordinance <br />No. 668 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. <br />DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, <br />KilkE~r yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 668 be adopted as amended. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Roll call vote. <br />DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />
