Seconded by Councilaan Meier. Roll call votc=. DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak stated that he had talked with Mrs. Mott, who requested that the City sponsor a Cambodian family. This would include free utilities for a month. Council had other questions regarding this request and recommended that Mrs. Mott be in attendance at a meeting to discuss her request. Attorney Joss reviewed the application and stated that it was in order ex- cept for a date on the lease. Councilman Caranci moved that Coal Creek Junction liquor license renewal be approved and they be contacted to check on the expiration date of their lease. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carri ed. TherE= were no audience comments. Attorney Joss reported that Ordinance No. 668 was published and notice of public hearing was published. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 668 on second reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against the ordinance. Attorney Joss reported that there was an amendment for consideration. He then read the proposed amendment in full. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that the amendment to Ordinance No. 668 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Caranci yes, KilkE~r yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 668 be adopted as amended. Seconded by Councilman Berry.
