RESCHEDULED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 7, 1979 Mayor Waschak called the rescheduled council meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council membe!rs present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Rupp, City Engineer Richardson, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, City Treasurer Hesson and Deputy City Clerk Mudrock. and Chief l1UIlger. Absent.: City Clerk Stahl. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the October 16, Council meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Kilker moved that the enclo- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. INTRODUCTION NEW POLICE OFFICER Cheif Munger introduced the nevles t member of the police force, Ms. Jill Libby. COUNCIL ITEMS LOUISVILLE FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICE. PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss reported that the notice for the hearing was property posted and published and the application is in order. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no audience comments, Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Fire Dept. special events liquor license be granted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN LIQUOR LIC. RENEWAL Councilman Caranci moved that Karen's Country Kitchen liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. PASQUALE'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Blue Parrot liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Pasquale's liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. BLUE PARROT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL LUIGI'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Councilman Berry moved that Luigi's Rest. liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
