<br />Minutes - page 9 <br />June 26, 1979 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker questioned the drainage. <br />Mr. Hillhouse explained the drainage and <br />noted that it will not drain any faster <br />then it does at the present time. <br />Councilman Kilker stated that he was not <br />happy with the proposed drainage and did <br />not feel it would be following is historical <br />drainage. <br /> <br />Bob Metz <br />1. Was in favor of looking for other al- <br />ternatives, instead of extending Pine St. <br /> <br />After discussion, roll call vote was <br />taken to adopt Resolution No. 13. <br />DiCarlo yes, Kilker no, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier requested that a list on Pine <br />St alternatives be given to Council. <br /> <br />ORDINfu~CE NO. 649 <br />KENNETH HIGHFILL <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 649 for their re- <br />view and files. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 649 on <br />first reading by title only stating that <br />the annexation includes approximately <br />10.3 acres. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />No. 649 be ordered published and a pub- <br />lic hearing be set for July 17, 1979. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 650 <br />KENNETH HIGHFILL <br />ZONING REQUEST <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ordinance No. 650 for their re- <br />view and files. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 650 on <br />first reading by title only stating that <br />they are requesting RL residential low <br />density. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br />No. 650 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing be set for July 17, 1979. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Berry.
