Minutes - page 9 June 26, 1979 RESOLUTION NO. 13 CONTINUED Councilman Kilker questioned the drainage. Mr. Hillhouse explained the drainage and noted that it will not drain any faster then it does at the present time. Councilman Kilker stated that he was not happy with the proposed drainage and did not feel it would be following is historical drainage. Bob Metz 1. Was in favor of looking for other al- ternatives, instead of extending Pine St. After discussion, roll call vote was taken to adopt Resolution No. 13. DiCarlo yes, Kilker no, Berry yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. Councilman Meier requested that a list on Pine St alternatives be given to Council. ORDINfu~CE NO. 649 KENNETH HIGHFILL ANNEXATION REQUEST FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 649 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 649 on first reading by title only stating that the annexation includes approximately 10.3 acres. Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 649 be ordered published and a pub- lic hearing be set for July 17, 1979. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 650 KENNETH HIGHFILL ZONING REQUEST FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 650 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 650 on first reading by title only stating that they are requesting RL residential low density. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. 650 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for July 17, 1979. Se- conded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 65S Hfu~DICAPPED PARKING FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 651 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 651 on first reading by title only.
