Co. on the Rex St. storm sewer project be approved in the amount of $3,486.42. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Berry yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that he was not sure on the fieure and asked that it be tabled. Councilman Berry moved that the L & L change order be tabled until June 26, 1979 Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Don McKee 1045 LaFarge asked if it is legal for someone to begin construction in a commercial if they don't have a PUD approved. Mr. Rautenstraus stated that it would be necessary to have a PUD prior to con- struction; however, moving earth would require a permit. He suggested that Mr. McKee contact the building inspector for specifics. Attorney Rautenstruas read Ordinance No. 646 on second reading by title only. He reported that the ordinance had been properly published on May 17, 1979 in the Louisville Times. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 646 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Kilker. Roll call. DelPizzo yes Berry yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 647 for their re- view and files. Attorney Rautenstraus read Ordinance No. 647 on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordiannce No. 647 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried.
