Minutes - page 6 June 5, 1979 HILLHOUSE/WELLS AGREEMENT CONTINUED It was noted that the contract can be terminated if Council would decide not to continue with the project, and the architect would be paid for the work he had done. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement with Hillhouse/Wells for City Hall remodeling. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. 1980 BUDGET DESIGNATION Councilman Meier moved that City Ad- ministrator Leon A. Wurl, be designated to prepare the 1980 budget for the City of LouisvillE~'. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE BOARD OF APPEALS LETTER Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. A vacancy by George Wortham's resignation was accepted and Council :asked that the vacancy be advertised. POLICE PENSION BARDAY RESIGNATION , Mr. Wurl read the letter of resignation from the Poli.ce Pension Board by Gene Barday. Chief Munger reported that Rodney Leesman was voted in as the new representative to the Police Pension Board Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS City Treasurer called for a Police Pension Board meeting on June 13, 1979 at 7:00 P.M. DITCH REPAIRS Mr. Stahl reported that the ditch work is being done and hopefully the ditch will be running by late afternoon on Wednesday. Mr. Stahl stated that a trickle channel will be installed to slow the water runoff. SIGNS Mr. Wurl stated that the Children Signs have been ordered.
