<br />ORDINANCE NO. 639 <br />SUBIDVISION REGULATIONS <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 640 <br />PELLIGRINI-FREY <br />ANNEXATION PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />page 4 - Minutes <br />May 15, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for the ordinance. <br /> <br />Jane Bostwick asked about the building <br />iri the agricultural zone. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that with the new change <br />it would allow' for the clustering of the <br />homes on the agricultural area and leave <br />more open space then scattering the homes <br />throughout the acreage. <br /> <br />There were no other comments, Mayor <br />Waschak referred the questioning to Council. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the time limit <br />on the tree program. <br /> <br />Mr. Drumm stated that at present it is be- <br />hind schedule. There are many trees that <br />need to be replaced along with the new <br />trees and they hope to have it done within <br />the next several weeks. <br />Mr. Drumm included that the certificates <br />would be honored even if it took a year <br />to get the tree. <br /> <br />With no other discussion Mayor Waschak <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that if Council <br />chooses to include the amendment, it should <br />be acted upon first by a separate motion. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the amendment <br />to Ordinance No. 639 adding secion 13 <br />and 14 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. <br />639 be adopted as amended. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 640 on <br />second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Joss certified that the ordinance <br />and notice of public hearing have been <br />properly published. <br />
