CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT FLATIRON PAVING 'CHANGE ORDER COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS APPROVAL OF BILLS page 7 - Minutes May 15, 1979 Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reported that items A through D should be tabled as the necessary infor- mation has not arrived. Mr. Wurl stated that staff recommended that Council approve the change order. Councilman Caranci moved that the Flatiron Change Order request be approved. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Mr. Wurl outlined the changes necessary. After comments motion carried to approve the change order. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo requested that a work session be scheduled between the Planning Commission and the City Council in regards to streets that will be planned in the Centennial Annexation. The work session was scheduled for 7:30 on May 22, 1979. Councilman DiCarlo requested that a report be prepared reflecting all the fence per- mits issued in the last year. Mayor Waschak stated that he had received a call about pi.gs being raised in the City. Councilman Meier asked what could be done as relates to the mud at Lake Park. Mr. Wurl stated that he would have the Parks Dir. look into the matter. Councilman Berry moved that the Council comments and committee reports be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Council- man Kilker. Motion carried. City Treasurer Hesson read the bills totalling $186,244.09. Councilman Caranci moved that the bills be accepted and checks issued for the same. Seconded by Coucnilman Berry. Motion carried.
