<br />MOSQUITO CONTROL <br /> <br />BOULDER COUNTY REGIONAL STUDY <br /> <br />COAL CREEK MEETING <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT OF WARDS <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />RECREATION CENTER TOUR <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 4 <br />May 1, 1979 <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked Mr. Stahl if he <br />had any plans for mosquito control. <br />Mr. Stahl stated that there are working <br />on a program. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked if the Council <br />would like him to discuss it at the <br />Consortium meeting. <br />Council felt that the matter should <br />be tabled and further study be done. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry announced that at <br />the Coal Creek meeting it is scheduled <br />to be turned over to the Bureau of <br />Reclamation, for them to hold a hearing <br />between themselves and any other federal <br />or state agencies who wish to have any <br />input. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked thata summary of <br />the meeting could be made up for the <br />Councilmen who will be unable to attend. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked what the plans <br />were for reapportionment of the Wards <br />for the City election. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there has been a <br />preliminary map made for review by <br />Council. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Coun- <br />cil comments and Committee reports be <br />accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills <br />totalling $177,191.20. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the bills <br />be approved and checks issued for the <br />same. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that May 19 has been <br />set for a tour of recreation centers <br />in the metropolitan area, at 9:00 A.M. <br /> <br />Councilman Dicarlo moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Berry. Moton carried. Meeting adjourned <br />at 8:30 P.M. <br />
