Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution 1f6, Series <br />1979, approving an amendment to the Comp- <br />rehensive Developement Plan. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Resolution 1f6, <br />Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 637 on <br />second reading by title only, he then <br />read Ordinance No. 638 on second reading <br />by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Staff certification: Attorney Joss reported <br />that Ordinance No. 637 and 638 were published <br />in full on March 1, 1979. Notice of public <br />hearing on Ordinance No. 637 and 638 was <br />published in the Louisville Times on <br />March 1, 1979, and March 8, 1979. <br /> <br />Henry Zarini - Louisville <br />1.
