APPLICATION <br />DENNIS DRUMM <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ORDINANCE NO. 636 <br />BAD CHECK FEE <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that he has reviewed <br />the application for renewal and it is all <br />in order. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Tri <br />City Elks liquor license be renewed. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Drumm stated <br />to Council that the application has not <br />been changed since it was brou~ht to <br />Council and he requested Counc1l approval <br />Councilman Meier asked if there was some <br />discrepancy on the administrative portion <br />of the application. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that there was none in <br />the way it was submitted and that since <br />the administrative for urban renewal is <br />being paid for by the City now, there has <br />been none taken out for the grant. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the application <br />as presented, for the C.D. funds be approved <br />and authorization for presentation. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call <br />Dicarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tern requested that all comments <br />pertaining to the proposed annexation be <br />held and made at the public hearing on <br />March 20, 1979. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the Ordinance <br />was properly published, he then read the <br />ordinance on second reading by titley only. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance <br />No. 636 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, <br />Meier yes, Caranci yes, Berry yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried. <br />
