<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 6, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Councilmembers present: DiCarlo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City <br />EngineE~r Richardson, City Planner Drunnn, City Treasurer Hesson, Director <br />Parks & Recreation Stahl, and Deputy City Clerk Mudrock. <br />Excused absence: Councilman Berry. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />January 16, 1979, council minutes as pre- <br />sented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AMERICAN PIPELINE FHA <br />PROJECT iF 5 PAY EST. 1F1 <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that payment in the <br />amount of $116,536.27 be made to American <br />Pipeline for FHA Project #5. Seconded by <br />Councilman Caranci. Roll call. DiCarlo <br />yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker moved that payment in the <br />amount of $4,117.50 be made to Taylor <br />Excavating. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Meier <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />TAYLOR EXCAVATING FHA <br />PROJECT 1F4 PAY EST. <br />METER INSTALLA TIO N <br /> <br />WINDELL DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that at the last meeting <br />an application was submitted by the Windell <br />family transferring ownership of stock of <br />Seader's Liquors, Inc. and at that time <br />Bradley Windell was included, who was under <br />21. After checking with the state staff <br />found that he was under age and therefore, <br />Mr. Windell has submitted Jean Windell to <br />serve as the new member of the Board of <br />Directors. Attorney Joss stated that the <br />necessary information has been submitted for <br />Jean Windell and requested that Council <br />consider her to serve on the Board of Directors <br />for Seader's Liquors, Inc. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Jean Windell <br />be included on the Board of Directors for <br />Seader's Liquors, Inc., replacing Bradley <br />Windell who was under age. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br />
