Councilman Kilker moved that the Coun- cil accept the Small Cities Program grant application and apply for the grant. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. WATER AGREEMENT PAY SCHEDULE Mr. Wurl stated that the staff would like Councils approval on adjusting the pay schedule for water rights from Mr. Richardson. He stated that the difference would be a larger first payment and then continue on as scheduled with smaller ones. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council adopt the addendum to the pay schedule. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 627 & 628 MOUNTAIN ANNEXATION & ZONING PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULING Councilman DiCarlo moved that a public hearing be set for February 6, 1979, on Ordinance No. 627 and #628. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO.1, SERIES 1979, FIRE DISTRICT Attorney Joss read Resolution No.1, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the contract, titles and all necessary papers for transferring of the volunteer fire department to the fire district. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No.1, Series 1979, be accepted. Se- conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, Berry yes.
