Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo <br />yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, <br />Berry yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Drumm stated that DRCOG had pre- <br />pared and mandated that the Regional <br />Opportunity Housing plan be adopted <br />prior to Decenber 31, 1978. The plan <br />was reviewed at the Boulder Long Range <br />Planning Commission and was recommended <br />disapproval to the County Commissioners. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that City staff has <br />reviewed the plan and have written a <br />letter voicing the City's feelings <br />and recommendations. <br />The letter was read by Mr. Drumm and <br />he requested Council approval before <br />sending it. <br />After discussion Councilman Meier moved <br />that the staff be authorized to send <br />the letter to DRCOG pertaining to the <br />Regional Opportunity Housing Plan as <br />written. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Drumm read Resolution No.2, per- <br />taining to an application for funds <br />to construct 30 rent suhsidized units. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Resol- <br />ution No.2, Series 1979, be adopted <br />as amended. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there have been <br />several interested parties inquiring <br />about connecting on to the city lines <br />who live outside the City limits. <br />He requested that Council aut-hQrize <br />staff to draft an ordinance for Coun- <br />cils consideration. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />advertise the LHA vacancy.
