<br />ORDINANCE NO. 626 <br />FIRST READING <br />FAIR HOUSING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 38 <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />COUNCIL PAY PERIODS <br /> <br />TARTER SMRES <br /> <br />Minutes - page 3 <br />December 5, 1978 <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 626 for their <br />review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br />reading by title only, stating that this <br />ordinance would make it unlawful to dis- <br />criminate in regards to housing and real <br />estate transactions. <br />Staff stated that this ordinance was pre- <br />pared to help satisfy some of HUDs re- <br />quests. <br />With no other comments Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that ordinance No. 626 be put out <br />for publication. Seconded by Councilman <br />Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the Resolution in full. <br />stating that it had been requested by <br />two businesses to have parkirtglimitation <br />signs installed for all hours of the day. <br />After council discussion Councilman Berry <br />moved that Resolution No. 38, Series 1978 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council asked about the enforcement of <br />the regulation. <br />Chief Munger stated that at this time they <br />have not assigned the duty of patrol, but <br />are working on it. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that with the computer <br />payments will have to be made monthly. <br />Councilman Berry moved that authorization <br />be granted to issue Council pay monthly. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br />carried. Payment will begin January 1979. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Mr. Williamson <br />would like to purchase 55 water shares i-' <br />however, he did not have the contract <br />ready for review. <br />Council felt it would be best to schedule <br />a continued meeting to discuss the pur- <br />chase and review the contract. <br />
