LiliSCHEDULED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 8, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the October 17, 1978, Council meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved that en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS PLANNING AND ZONING APPOINTMENT Mayor Waschak reported that he had re- cei ved three letteJ;:'s of. interest as relates to the vacancy. Robert Hinsberger, Barb McDonald and Larry Martella. Mayor Waschak appointed Larry Martella to fill the vacancy. HEIDI MOUNTAIN ANNEXATION REQUEST Mr. Wurl noted the area on the map and stated that if Council does refer the matter to Planning Commission he would like to have the City propert~ which lies directly north of Ms. Mountains property, also considered for annexation. Councilman Berry moved that Heidi Mountains annexation request be referred to Planning Commission with a noted that at the same time they consider the City property for annexation. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. Attorney Joss stated that the applica- tion for renewal is in order and also that the police reports requested were included. Councilman Caranci moved that the Southland liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. SOUTHLAND LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL AUDIENCE COMMENTS Mr. Jerry Davis asked if there were any plans to by-pass County Road out to STC. Mr. Wurl stated that there were no plans of building a new road to STC.
