<br />LiliSCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker <br />and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved <br />the minutes of the October 17, 1978, <br />Council meeting as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that en- <br />closurers be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />PLANNING AND ZONING <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak reported that he had re- <br />cei ved three letteJ;:'s of. interest as relates to <br />the vacancy. Robert Hinsberger, Barb <br />McDonald and Larry Martella. <br />Mayor Waschak appointed Larry Martella <br />to fill the vacancy. <br /> <br />HEIDI MOUNTAIN ANNEXATION <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted the area on the map and <br />stated that if Council does refer the <br />matter to Planning Commission he would <br />like to have the City propert~ which <br />lies directly north of Ms. Mountains <br />property, also considered for annexation. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Heidi <br />Mountains annexation request be referred <br />to Planning Commission with a noted that <br />at the same time they consider the <br />City property for annexation. Seconded <br />by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the applica- <br />tion for renewal is in order and also <br />that the police reports requested were <br />included. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the <br />Southland liquor license renewal be <br />approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SOUTHLAND LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Davis asked if there were <br />any plans to by-pass County Road out <br />to STC. Mr. Wurl stated that there <br />were no plans of building a new road <br />to STC. <br />
