Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Lisa Ritchie, Planning Manager <br />Adam Blackmore, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a <br />motion. Motion: Councilmember Fahey moved to approve the agenda, seconded by <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Mike Deborski, Louisville, stated he has concerns about the DELO area redevelopment <br />and the effects on his neighboring property.
