Exhibits of vacated easements can be found in attachment _. <br />Lot 1 <br />LLZ <br />------------y.: =- ------ . - <br />w. <br />vi <br />----_ <br />Lot 3] I -,Q;--7.; <br />Planned Unit Development <br />The PUD Amendment proposes construction of 17 buildings, including 4 commercial <br />retail/office buildings on the southern half of the site orienting toward South Boulder <br />Road and 13 residential multi -family buildings containing 38 dwelling units on the <br />northern half of the site. The site layout is similar to the 2017 PUD Amendment and <br />includes a north -south private drive that connects South Boulder Road to Hecla Way. <br />An east -west access drive into the site off of Blue Star Lane is located in a similar <br />location to the existing 2017 PUD. The PUD Amendment proposes alleyways for access <br />to the residential buildings. A courtyard space is proposed between commercial <br />buildings 2 and 3. Areas on the site are connected through a network of drive aisles and <br />internal walkways.
