There are four buildings above the <br />40ft height limit in the GDP that require waivers. Commercial buildings (buildings 1-4) <br />are located in the south half of the site facing South Boulder Road while the residential <br />buildings (building 5-17) are in the northern portion of the site towards Hecla Way. <br />Building 1 is a two-story structure with retail on the first floor and office on the second <br />floor. Each floor is 5,471 square feet (10,942 square feet total). The building is located <br />in the southwest corner of the site with entrances facing north and eastward into the <br />site, and onto South Boulder Road. <br />The building has varying forms to add archiectural interest and depth to the building. <br />Most materials on the forms are contiguous between the first and second stories, with <br />entry fascias on the first story storefronts to divide up the massing. The forms consist of <br />stucco, cementitious lap siding, and board and batten siding.
