Building 3 contains similar varied forms, with a greater mix of flat roofs and shed roofs. <br />A majority of the building is a two-story mass, with a smaller central three-story element <br />with a balcony space facing out towards the residential properties to the north across <br />the drive aisle. The first story has brick siding on the first floor with a portion extending <br />onto the second and third story. The brick is broken up by board and batten which <br />extends between the first and second story. Fiber cement panels are included in the <br />second and third story facades. <br />Buildina 3 facina South Boulder Road (South Elevation) <br />Building 4 is a 4,365 square -foot one-story retail structure with an outdoor patio area to <br />the southwest of the building. The building is located in the southeast corner of the site <br />near the intersection of South Boulder Road and Blue Star Lane. <br />The building's form is more simplistic than other commercial buildings on site and is <br />broken up by material changes and fascia elements over the windows. The roof is <br />mostly flat with a shed roof on the southern portion.
