A combination of pole lights and building -mounted lights are proposed on the site. Both <br />commercial and residential buildings have wall mounted lights at entrances. All fixtures <br />are proposed to be full cut-off and 3000K in temperature. <br />The PUD Amendment maintains the same phasing concept as the phasing plan from <br />the last amendment, but does change the number of units and commercial area in each <br />phase.
