RESOLUTION NO. 44 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO <br />ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 2,824 SQUARE -FOOT AUTOMOTIVE <br />SERVICE STATION AND CONVENIENCE STORE WITH EIGHT PUMP FUELING <br />STATIONS AND CANOPY AT 525 McCASLIN BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for the construction of <br />a new 2,824 square -foot automotive service station and convenience store with eight <br />pump fueling stations and canopy at 525 McCaslin Blvd; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on October 13, 2022 where evidence and testimony where entered into <br />the record and the Planning Commission voted 3-2 in favor of recommending approval <br />with one condition. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on November 15, 2022, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated November <br />15, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development Amendment to <br />allow for the construction of a new 2,824 square -foot automotive service station and <br />convenience store with eight pump fueling stations and canopy at 525 McCaslin Blvd. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 151h day of November, 2022. <br />Attest: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />J <br />By: <br />Ashley Sto zmann, Mayor <br />Fp® <br />BEAL <br />Resolution No. 44, Series 2022 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
