Chair Dickinson clarified that it is <br />important to be mindful of when and where gas stations could make sense. <br />Public Comment from Mark Cathcart: Mr. Cathcart agreed that a limitation on <br />the total number of gas stations may make sense. <br />Councilmember Dickinson reiterated the importance of the EVC continuing to <br />discuss this topic periodically in support of Council's Work Plan. <br />9. Staff Updates: Specialist Brown announced that Snarl's Sandwiches (1110 E <br />South Boulder Rd) had its grand opening on Monday, October 31. Specialist <br />Brown also shared that Creative Framing (916 Main Street) will not be able to <br />renew its lease upon expiration in May 2023. Both 947 Pine Street (KLY Gas & <br />Groceries) and 956 W Cherry Street have been listed for sale. <br />The summer outdoor dining patios were removed from Main Street on <br />November 1. The patio program will return in April 2023. <br />The 2023 Urban Revitalization District (URD) budget was approved by City <br />Council during its November 1 meeting. The Louisville Revitalization <br />Commission adopted the budget resolution during its November 9 meeting. <br />Specialist Brown concluded that Small Business Saturday is scheduled for <br />Saturday, November 26. <br />Specialist Brown asked for feedback regarding the November 18 EVC agenda. <br />The EVC requested a summary of the Business Forum. Specialist Brown <br />confirmed that the sustainability incentives discussion will also be returning to <br />the EVC in November. <br />10. Recent Articles: No comments. <br />11. Next Meeting: The next regular meeting will be December 16, 2022 @ 1:30 <br />PM. <br />12.Adjourn: The meeting adjourned at 3:25 PM. <br />
