"CORA" means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S. <br />L. "Effective Date" means the date on which this Agreement is approved and signed by the Colorado State <br />Controller or designee, as shown on the Signature and Cover Page for this Agreement. <br />M. Exhibit K, The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (FFATA) <br />Supplemental Federal Provisions <br />xii. "Expiration Date" means the date on which this Agreement expires, as shown on the Signature and Cover <br />Page for this Agreement. <br />P. "Extension Term" means the period of time by which the ARPA Expiration Date is extended by the State <br />through delivery of an updated ARPA Letter. <br />Q. "Federal Award" means an award of Federal financial assistance or a cost -reimbursement contract under <br />the Federal Acquisition Requirements by a Federal Awarding Agency to a Recipient. "Federal Award" also <br />means an agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of the Federal Award. The term does not include <br />payments to a contractor or payments to an individual that is a beneficiary of a Federal program. <br />R. "Federal Awarding Agency" means a Federal agency providing a Federal Award to a Recipient. The US <br />Department of the Treasury is the Federal Awarding Agency for the Federal Award, which may be the <br />subject of this Agreement. <br />S. "FHWA" means the Federal Highway Administration, which is one of the twelve administrations under the <br />Office of the Secretary of Transportation at the U.S. Department of Transportation. FHWA provides <br />stewardship over the construction, maintenance and preservation of the Nation's highways and tunnels. <br />FHWA is the Federal Awarding Agency for the Federal Award which is the subject of this Agreement. <br />T. "Goods" means any movable material acquired, produced, or delivered by Local Agency as set forth in this <br />Agreement and shall include any movable material acquired, produced, or delivered by Local Agency in <br />connection with the Services. <br />Document Builder Generated Page 5 of 29 <br />Rev. 05/24/2022 <br />
