Roll Call <br />In attendance: <br />- LCC members: Sarah Staunton, Leah Franks, Keely Taylor, JR Ketelsen, Mark <br />Cathcart, Beth McLennan, Lisa Kihn, Grace Gee <br />- City Staff: Emily Hogan (Assistant City Manager) is filling in for Erica Schmitt, <br />- Members of the public: Deb Fahey (Councilmember), Diran Ayandele, Stephen <br />Knapp, Gregory Tan (5280 Band), Cullen Choi (Louisville Rising) <br />Absent: Trina Brown (resigned), Erica Schmitt (planned absence, report submitted) <br />3. Approval of November 2022 Agenda <br />Motion: Grace Gee. <br />Second: Lisa Kihn. <br />All approved. <br />4. Approval of October 2022 Minutes <br />Motion: Grace Gee. <br />Second: Beth McLennan. <br />All approved. <br />5. Public Comment: <br />- Gregory Tan submitted written comments. Summarized his writing in item 15 on the <br />agenda. Wants to let the LCC know that the "5280s Band" is a local band that could be a <br />good substitute for some of the Summer Concerts in the Park bands currently decided <br />on. Thinks that the talent of "5280s Band" is equivalent and that all the band members <br />are local and are along with the mission of the LCC. <br />- Cullen Choi - is part of item number 15. Will save the comments until then. <br />6.
