<br />SURVEY & BASE INFORMATION
<br />1. ALL SURVEY AND BASE INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY PROOF CIVIL CONSULTING ENGINEERS_ CONTRACTOR SHALL
<br />COORDINATE ALL BACKGROUND INFORMATION WITH OTHER CONSULTANTS PRIOR TO START OF WORK.
<br />PERMITS & INSPECTIONS
<br />1. CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN APPLICABLE LICENSES, STANDARDS, SPECIFICATIONS, PERMITS, BONDS, ETC. WHICH ARE
<br />NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK
<br />2. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR

<br />SITE CONDITIONS
<br />1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITIONS AT THE WORK SITE, INCLUDING THE SAFETY OF
<br />ALL PERSONS AND PROPERTY, DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE WORK_ THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL APPLY

<br />2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH ALL OTHER DISCIPLINES AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SIGNS, BARRICADES,
<br />FLAGPERSONS, OR OTHER DEVICES NECESSARY TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE DURATION OF LANDSCAPE

<br />IRRIGATION; WEED CONTROL; FERTILIZING; PRUNING; TRASH REMOVAL SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL; TREATMENT OF PLANT

<br />SOIL SPECIFICATIONS:
