<br />THE PROPOSED LOT 3 OF THE ST. LOUIS PARISH & BOLDER INNOVATION CAMPUS IS A 1.074-ACRE PARCEL ALONG S. 96TH ST. FRONTAGE AT THE
<br />WEST PORTION OF THE ASCENT PARCEL. LOT 3 IS PROPOSED TO BE DEVELOPED WITH A 4,487 SQUARE FOOT 6 BAY CARWASH, 2 ROOM PET WASH,
<br />OFFICE, ASSOCIATED PARKING, DRIVE AISLES, LANDSCAPING AND UTILITIES. THE CARWASH OPERATES 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK WITH THE
