RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN <br />84,164 SY OFFICE/FLEX-INDUSTRIAL BUILDING WITH WAIVERS, INCLUDING <br />THE REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND PARKING SPACES, BUILDING SIZE <br />INCREASE, AND REDESIGNED PARKING, LANDSCAPING, AND DRAINAGE. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for the construction of <br />an 84,164 s.f. office/flex-industrial building with waivers, including the removal of <br />underground parking spaces, building size increase, and redesigned parking, <br />landscaping, and drainage; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on November 10, 2022 and December 8, 2022, where evidence <br />and testimony where entered into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment to allow for the construction of an 84,164 s.f. office/flex-industrial building <br />with waivers, including the removal of underground parking spaces, building size <br />increase, and redesigned parking, landscaping, and drainage. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t" day of December, 2022. <br />By: <br />Attest: <br />Jeff Moline, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
