RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN AMENDMENT, A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT, AND A <br />FINAL PLAT WITH EASEMENT VACATIONS FOR A MIXED -USE DEVELOPMENT <br />CONSISTING OF 38 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND 40,562 SQUARE FEET OF <br />COMMERCIAL AREA FOR BLOCK 11 OF NORTH END AT 1501 S BOULDER RD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a General Development Plan Amendment, a Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment, and a Final Plat with easement vacations for a mixed -use development <br />consisting of 38 residential units and 40,562 square feet of commercial area at Block 11 <br />of North End (1501 South Boulder Rd).; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on November 10, 2022, where evidence and testimony where <br />entered into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a General Development Plan <br />Amendment, a Planned Unit Development Amendment, and a Final Plat with easement <br />vacations for a mixed -use development consisting of 38 residential units and 40,562 <br />square feet of commercial area at Block 11 of North End (1501 South Boulder Rd) with <br />the following condition: <br />1.
