RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 31,220 SF INDUSTRIAL <br />BUILDING AND A LOT CONSOLIDATION PLAT OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3 OF <br />THE CTC FILING 1 SUBDIVISION, TO CREATE ONE LOT. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a final planned unit development to allow construction of a Planned Unit <br />Development to allow construction of a 31,220 square -foot flex industrial building and <br />final subdivision plat to consolidate Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the CTC Filing 1 Subdivision, <br />to create one lot; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on December 8, 2022, where evidence and testimony where <br />entered into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />to allow construction of a 31,220 square -foot flex industrial building and final subdivision <br />plat to consolidate Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the CTC Filing 1 Subdivision, to create one <br />lot. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t" day of December, 2022. <br />By: <br />%. 7V <br />Attest: <br />Jeffrey Moline, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />49 / <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
