WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the proposal to amend the <br />City's zoning ordinance concerning inclusionary housing requirements at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on June 9, 2022, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated <br />June 9, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval the proposed ordinance <br />amendment to Louisville Municipal Code Title 17, Zoning, to amend the Inclusionary <br />Housing Requirements in Chapter 17.76. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t" day of June, 2022. <br />Attest: <br />Ben Diehl, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chairperson <br />Planning Commission <br />2 <br />
