RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 17,597 SF INDUSTRIAL/FLEX <br />BUILDING LOCATED AT 602 TAYLOR AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a final planned unit development to allow construction of a 17,597 sf <br />industrial building located at 602 Taylor Ave; Lot 7, Block 4, Colorado Technological <br />Center Filing 1; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, with <br />the two requested waivers, the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations <br />and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on June 9, 2022, where evidence and testimony where entered <br />into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a final planned unit <br />development to allow construction of a 17,597 sf industrial/flex building at 602 Taylor <br />Avenue. <br />Attest: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t" day of June, 2022. <br />Ben Diehl, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
