RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO 33-UNIT <br />MULTIFAMILY STRUCTURES AND A 1,575 SF COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE, A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW A RESIDENTIAL USES ON THE GROUND <br />FLOOR, AND A PLAT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST <br />CORNER OF GRIFFITH STREET AND CANNON STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment, a Special Review Use, and a <br />Plat for the property at the southeast corner of Griffith Street and Cannon Street; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies, with waivers and conditions, with the Louisville subdivision and <br />zoning regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at duly <br />noticed public hearings on June 9, 2022 and June 23, 2022, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission staff report dated June 9, 2022 and June 23, 2022; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request for a Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment, a Special Review Use and a Plat for the property at the <br />southeast corner of Griffith Street and Cannon Street, with the following conditions: <br />1. The PUD shall include hours of operation and hours for amplified music for the <br />exterior patio to the rear of the commercial space and the amenity areas to 7:00 <br />am through 10:00 pm, 7 days a week <br />2. The applicant shall amend the PUD to require black coated chain link fence <br />around the pickleball court. <br />3.
