RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 2,824 <br />SQUARE -FOOT AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE STATION AND CONVENIENCE STORE <br />WITH EIGHT PUMP FUELING STATIONS AND CANOPY AT 525 McCASLIN BLVD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for the construction of <br />a new 2,824 square -foot automotive service station and convenience store with eight <br />pump fueling stations and canopy at 525 McCaslin Blvd; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found thatthe <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on October 13, 2022, where evidence and testimony where <br />entered into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment to allow for construction of a new 2,824 square -foot automotive service <br />station and convenience store with eight pump fueling stations and canopy at 525 <br />McCaslin Blvd. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13' day of October, 2022. <br />Attest: <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />IN <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
