Seeing none, <br />Newell moved the consent agenda be approved; Kaufman seconded. <br />All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Discussion / Direction — State Ballot Measures regarding liquor <br />The board held a brief discussion on the impact of the ballot measure <br />that passed allowing establishments (grocery stores and convenience <br />stores) to sell wine in addition to Fermented Malt Beverage Off - <br />Premises. <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that the state will automatically <br />convert all impacted licenses and there will be no action required by <br />the Authority. <br />The legislation also allows tastings to be conducted starting in March <br />2023. The Authority asked the Secretary to include the application <br />and process for tastings to be included in the January 23, 2023 <br />agenda for review and discussion. <br />8.
