<br />March 21, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 3 <br /> <br />BINDER CONSTRUCTION <br />FINAL PAY ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci asked if all was in <br />order, and City Engineer Jicinsky stated <br />that there were no problems and recom- <br />mended payment. Councilman Caranci then <br />moved that final payment in the amount <br />of $7,987.86 be made to Binder Construction <br />Co. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />RETRACTION OF RESOLUTION <br />#10, SERIES 1978 <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION <br />#11, SERIES 1978 <br /> <br />It was stated by staff that resolution <br />#10 pertaining to a portion of the <br />Coal Creek station was not the proper <br />resolution to be adopted as the final <br />P.U.D. and plan. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution <br />#10, Series 1978 be retracted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />#11, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VICTOR CARANCI <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the request <br />be referred to the Planning Commission <br />Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />CHERRYVALE FIRE DIST. <br />MEETING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that he did appear <br />at the County Commissioners meeting on <br />the Cherryvale fire district application <br />which was approved by the Commissioners. <br /> <br />The Louisville Fire District proposal <br />will be held in front of the Boulder <br />County Planning Commission on March 22, <br />1978, and then go before the County <br />Commissioners on March 23. <br />All areas of conflict between the two <br />districts have been worked out. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #582 <br />CAR LEASE/PURCHASE <br />ADMINISTRATORS CAR <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on <br />second reading by title only, stating <br />that all proper notices have been made. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance <br />#582 be adopted. Seconded by Meier. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #584 FIRST <br />READING - BOND ISSUE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that this ordinance <br />deals with the issuance of water bonds. <br />
