<br />, March 7, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 2 <br /> <br />COUNTY COMP PLAN <br /> <br />Planner Drumm reported that the City stands <br />in the same position that they did before. <br />He stated that the staff feels comfortable <br />with the plan except for the parts that <br />have been noted in the memo's. <br />Mr. Jason Brouilette was in attendance to <br />answer questions pertaining to the policy. <br />He discussed portions of goals and policy's <br />in question with council. <br />After discussion Councilman Meier moved <br />that Council support the Boulder County <br />Comprehensive Plan with the exceptions <br />that the City staff has stated in several <br />different memos regarding the matter. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo no, Meier yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo no, DiLorenzo no, Kilker <br />no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />TRI CITY ELKS LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that there are several <br />items that need to be-.added to the app- <br />lication; however, there would be no <br />problem in accepting the renewal at this <br />time. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Tri- <br />City Elks liquor license be renewed. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #580 <br />CONTRACTOR LICENSES <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that this ordinance <br />is making some minor changes in the Mun- <br />icipal Code dealing with contractors <br />licenses. Attorney Joss then read the <br />ordinance on second reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#580 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Roll call. Meier yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 11581 <br />LEASE PURCHASE OF <br />TRUCKS <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on se- <br />cond reading by title only. Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #581 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call.
