<br />ORDINANCE #582 <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />CAR LEASE/PURCHASE <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #583 <br />POLICE CARS <br />LEASE/PURCHASE <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #9 <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10 <br />FINAL PLAT & FINAL P.U.D. <br /> <br />FIRE DISTRICT <br /> <br />March 7, 1978 <br />Minutes - page 3 <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of the ordinance for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance <br />on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#582 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on se- <br />cond reading by title only. Councilman <br />Meier moved that Ordinance #583 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll <br />call. DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that this resolu- <br />tion is designating the City Engineer <br />or equivalent to serve as the Traffic <br />Engineer. He then read the resolution. <br />Councilman Meier asked why it was being <br />transfered from the Police Chief. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the engineer is <br />doing the major work on the traffic <br />study, and it is better to have him <br />designated as the Traffic Engineer. <br />After discussion Councilman Meier moved <br />that Resolution #9, Series 1978, be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo no, DiCarlo no, <br />Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Planner Drumm stated that the needed <br />information was not received by Friday <br />that it probably would not be considered. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />#10, Series 1978 be tabled until all <br />materials are brought forward. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported on the fire district <br />progress stating that there was a conflict <br />on the Cherry Vale map and the Louisville <br />map, but the areas in question have been <br />divided up. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
