BOULDER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LIBRARY AGREEMENT CONSOLIDATED ENGINEERING RE: HIGH ZONE PUMP CONTRACT COUNCIL COMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS ANNEXATIONS FARM LAND CAT ORDINANCE SEMI'S PARKED ON STREETS February 9, 1978 Minutes - page 10 Mr. Wurl reviewed the library grant from Boulder County. The total amount of the grant is $4,725.00 with payments being made quarterly. Mr. Wurl stated that he had no objections about the agreement; however, suggested that the City make a similar agreement with the County concerning health services and the payment be made from the City quarterly also. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Mayor sign the agreement. Seconded by Coun- cilman Caranci. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that the contract deals with the maintenance service and coverage of the pump. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the contract with Consolidated Engineering. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo suggested that Council hold up on considering any more annexa- tion until the City sees what is happen- ing to the east of the City. Councilman DiLorenzo stated that she would like Council's feelings as to whether they agree or not. Planner Drumm suggested that the material be gathered and presented to Council for their discussion. Councilman DiLorenzo stated thatt she has been requested to bring up the cat ordinance. Councilman DiLorenzo requested that an ordinance be made on the regulations of semi's, loaded, being allowed to park on the City streets.
