<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JANUARY 17, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, <br />Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson <br />and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak introduced County Commission Wally Toevs, who was in <br />the audience. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the January 9, 1978 meeting <br />were corrected under Planning Commission <br />Mayor appointments. The term is for "two" <br />years instead of three as noted in minutes. <br />With the correction Council and Mayor <br />Waschak approved the minutes. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />MARCH OF DIMES <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl read the Mayor's <br />proclamation, proclaiming January 31, 1978 <br />as Mother March. Mrs. Marilyn Hershey was <br />in attendance to accept the proclamation <br />and a $300 check from Mr. Al DiLorenzo, re- <br />presenting the American Legion. <br /> <br />SENOR T'S LIQUOR <br />LICENSE TRANSFER <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />Mr. Ted Manazanares was in attendance and <br />stated the reason for the transfer request <br />was that they have bought a new building <br />and will be moving their business. <br />A policereportJ waS' included in the inform';';. <br />ationstating that there were no complaints. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the application <br />was in proper order and that a ptition of <br />surrounding merchants was presented in <br />favor of the license transfer. <br />Mr. Steve Anderson spoke in favor of the <br />request. <br />Attorney Joss noted that the transfer will <br />become effective at the time the business <br />is transfered. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing <br />as there were no other comments for or <br />against the request. <br />
