<br />COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />COAL CREEK <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF <br />PROSECUTING ATTORNEY <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL JUDGE <br /> <br />Organization Meeting <br />1-12-78 - Minutes <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 noted that there were two letters <br />of interested parties; Dennis Ferrera and <br />Gary Mancuso. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Dennis Ferrera <br />be appointed to the two year term on Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Howard Berry <br />be reappointed to serve as representative <br />on the Coal Creek Board. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that there was some con- <br />fusion on the letters as Steve Anderson <br />was to bring down a letter from another <br />person interested in serving. He suggested <br />that the matter be tabled until Mr. Anderson <br />notifies him as to whether the other <br />party is still interested or not. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the LHA <br />appointment be tabled. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />There were two letter for the appointments <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Bob Ross and <br />Bob Davies be appointed to fill the vacan- <br />cies on the Board of Appeals. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that there was only one <br />letter of interest, which was from the <br />present City Attorney, Bruce Joss. Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo moved that Bruce Joss be <br />reappointed to serve as City Attorney. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that Curt Rautenstraus had <br />filed his letter of interest to continuing <br />serving as Prosecuting Attorney. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Curt <br />Rautenstraus be reappointed to serve as <br />prosecuting attorney. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that there was only one <br />letter of interest for Municipal Judge from <br />Lawrence Enrietto. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Lawrence <br />Enrietto be reappointed to serve as Municipal <br />Judge. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br />
