RESOLUTION NO. 6 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT <br />AND A FINAL PLAT WITH AMENDED SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR A MIXED - <br />USE DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 38 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND 40,562 <br />SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT BLOCK 11 OF NORTH END <br />(1501 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a General Development Plan Amendment, a Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment, and a Final Plat with easement vacations and amended Subdivision <br />Agreement for a mixed -use development consisting of 38 residential units and 40,562 <br />square feet of commercial area at Block 11 of North End (1501 South Boulder Rd); and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on November 10th 2022, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated November 10th 2022, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a General Development Plan Amendment, a <br />Planned Unit Development Amendment, and a Final Plat with easement vacations with <br />one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on February 7, 2023, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated February 7, <br />2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve Planned Unit Development Amendment and <br />a Final Plat with amended Subdivision Agreement for a mixed -use development <br />consisting of 38 residential units and 40,562 square feet of commercial development at <br />block 11 of north end (1501 South Boulder Road). <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7t" day of February, 2 <br />- ennis Maloney, Mayor <br />Meredyth Muth, Ci1y-G4er— <br />Resolution No. 6, Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
