Motion made by Mark seconded by Beth. All in favor, no one opposed. <br />Beth would like to let people know that they did not get the grant that we <br />explain that they did not fill out the proper amount for the applications. Grace <br />suggests that we have three letters: letters of recognition of acceptance, a letter <br />that says you completed the application but won't be granted funding and the last <br />one that will say you did not complete it correctly and were not considered. <br />15. Upcoming LCC Events Programming (JR) <br />• Informational Item: Current programming commitments for 2023 - 5 bands, all <br />agreed but no written contracts yet. <br />• Discussion Item: 2023 Programming Goals/overview- moved to February <br />• Discussion Item: EDI meaningful recognition - moved to February <br />• Action Item: Vote on Cultural Caravan proposal- moved to February <br />• Action Item: Vote on proposed Summer Concerts budget <br />- JR goes over the general pricing and breakdown expected so far. $16,550 total <br />budget estimated as of now. Grace makes a motion to pass this budget, Keely <br />seconds, no one opposed, no discussion. <br />-Other items moved to Feb: - Arts grants and who is awarded the grants, <br />Scheduling for the Center of the Arts, Cultural service budget <br />18.
