c) The structural members (design) i.e., foundations, underpinning, bearing, or framing, will <br /> not be altered or changed, and <br />d) The scope of the work will exclude any electrical, plumbing or heating, and <br />e) The TOTAL COST of labor and materials will not exceed $500.00. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.070. Section 105.5 amended - Permit expiration. <br /> <br />The first paragraph of Section 105.5 of Intemational Building Code shall read as follows: <br /> <br />105.5 Expiration. Except for permits for alterations involving only one discipline, every permit <br />issued by the building official under the provisions of this code shall expire by limitation and <br />become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within <br />180 days from the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days. <br />Every permit for alterations involving only one discipline which is issued by the building official <br />under the provisions of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the <br />building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 90 days from the date of <br />such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at <br />any time after the work is commenced for a period of 90 days. Before such work can be <br />recommenced, a new permit shall be first obtained to do so, and the fee therefore shall be one <br />half the amount required for a new permit for such work, provided no changes have been made <br />or will be made in the original plans and specifications for such work, and provided further that <br />such suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one year. In order to renew action on a permit <br />after expiration, the permittee shall pay a new full permit fee. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.080. Section 1609.3.2, Wind speeds, added as f,~!lows: <br /> <br />The following Section 1609.3.2 is added to the International Building Code: <br /> <br />Section 1609.3.2. Wind Speeds. The minimum basic wind speed for determining wind pressure <br />shall be as determined in accordance with the 1983 Boulder County Snow Load and Wind <br />Pressure Map, published by the County of Boulder, P.O. 471, Boulder, Colorado, 80306, which <br />document is adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code. A copy of the 1983 Boulder County Snow Load and Wind Pressure Map, <br />certified to be true and accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office of the <br />building safety division, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a reasonable supply of copies of such <br />Map available for purchase by the public at a moderate price. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.090. Section 1608.2 amended - Ground snow loads. <br /> <br /> Section 1608.2 of the International Building Code is amended by the addition of the <br />following sentence inserted at the end of the section: <br /> <br /> <br />
