RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KEEP IT CLEAN PARTNERSHIP PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement, by and <br />among Boulder County, the Cities of Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, and Louisville, and the <br />Town of Superior, for Implementation of the Keep it Clean Partnership Plan (the <br />"Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Intergovernmental Agreement, by and among Boulder County, the <br />Cities of Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, and Louisville, and the Town of Superior, for <br />Implementation of the Keep it Clean Partnership Plan (the "Agreement"), a copy of which <br />Agreement accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2.
