RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KEEP IT CLEAN PARTNERSHIP PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement, by and <br />among Boulder County, the Cities of Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, and Louisville, and the <br />Town of Superior, for Implementation of the Keep it Clean Partnership Plan (the <br />"Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Intergovernmental Agreement, by and among Boulder County, the <br />Cities of Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, and Louisville, and the Town of Superior, for <br />Implementation of the Keep it Clean Partnership Plan (the "Agreement"), a copy of which <br />Agreement accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br />Agreement, and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to the Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the <br />protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br />not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4tn day of April, 2023. <br />tennis Maloney, Mayor <br />ATTEST: � <br />�ered�Mudth, City Clerk <br />4'' -- <br />01RADO <br />Resolution No. 18, Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
