RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH READY TO WORK, LLC FOR <br />GENERAL LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an Agreement with Ready to Work, LLC, for <br />the general landscape and maintenance services in City parks, open space, and at the Coal <br />Creek Golf Course (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Agreement between the City of Louisville and Ready to Work, LLC <br />("Agreement'), for general landscape and maintenance services in City parks, open space, <br />and at the Coal Creek Golf Course, a copy of which Agreement accompanies this <br />Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br />Agreement, and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to the Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the <br />protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br />not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Apr' , 2023. <br />r Dennis Maloney, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 19, Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
