We attempt to keep a collection of the most commonly replaced signs on hand along with sign posts for quick change out in case of accidents or wind damage. We also keep a number of boxes of thermoplastic on hand to make repairs as needed. 3/7/2023 2023180 Denali Water Solutions Wastewater Plant Biosolids removal, testing & services for 2023 $ 99,000.00 The City of Louisville has an automatic renewal of 5 additional years to its original 5-year contract witt Veris Environmental, now Denali Water Solutions, for biosolids transportation and land application services at the wastewater plant. This service has limited providers and using multi -years contracts ha: allowed for better pricing. The new renewal will extend from this year through December 31, 2026 subject to annual budget appropriation. In addition to hauling, Denali is responsible for the annual biosolid: testing, the annual biosolids report, and providing one yard truck and one end dump trailer to be staged at the Wastewater Treatment Plant for biosolids loading. Each year pricing is adjusted based or the local Consumer Price Index (CPI). For 2023 the CPI results in a price increase of 6.92%. 3/16/2023 2023193 Ken Garff Ford Replacement truck with plow $ 76,000.00 The 2023 budget included funds for the replacement of the Water Treatment Plant plow truck unit #3508. Unit #3508 is a 2008 with approximately 49,000 miles and has considerable use as the sole plow truck used at botf, plants. The replacement vehicle looks to add a crew cab to transport more than two employees and a new plovi for reliable snow removal. 3/20/2023 2023199 Mac Equipment Inc. Ventrac Tractor and accessories for Open Space Trails work $ 38,076.40 This equipment was approved through the CIP budgeting cycle for the Open Space division for the year of 2023 It is to be used for trail maintenance pruposes. 3/20/2023 2023200 Next Generation Consulting Consulting Services $ 45,000.00 Strategic foresight workshops with the City Council and a panel survey as further set forth in the Consultant's Scope of Services. 3/27/2023 2023206 Ken Garff Ford Replacement Truck and Plow $ 72,573.00 The current CIP program has funding in 2024 to replace the plow truck unit #3612 at the wastewater plant. The water plant was recently able to secure a similar truck for replacement for this year. During the water plane selection, a second vehicle was available for the wastewater plant needs. Dut to difficulties of getting nevi vehicles, staff are requesting to move up this purchase and acquire the truck a year early.
