This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or <br />collateral agreements or understandings. Either party may by similar notice <br />given, change the address to which future notices or other communications shall be sent. <br />20.0 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br />20.1 Consultant will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment <br />because of race, color, religion, age, sex, disability or national origin. A signed, written certificate stating <br />compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act may be requested at any time during <br />the life of this Agreement or any renewal thereof. <br />7 <br />
