This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or collateral agreements or understandings. Either party may by similar notice given, change the address to which future notices or other communications shall be sent. 20.0 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER 20.1 Consultant will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, age, sex, disability or national origin. A signed, written certificate stating compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act may be requested at any time during the life of this Agreement or any renewal thereof. 7
